‘CopperTreeStudio’ maintains the rights of ownership/ licencing of all intellectual property rights on our website, associated social media and all the material published on them. All designs are held under the intellectual rights of 'CopperTreeStudio' under the Etsy seller name CopperTreeByDilly and produced in the UK by a company specialising in making high quality goods on a made-to-order basis. These works are protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved.
In accordance with the above you may not copy, download, modify or post any of our content out of context as the property of ‘CopperTreeStudio’. Our status as the authors/ designers of material on our site, and any of our contiguous media under the umbrella of the brand ‘CopperTreeStudio’ must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the materials on our site and associated media for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
If you do not adhere to all the above, ‘CopperTreeStudio’ maintains the right to take legal action against you, the individual/company responsible for the actions taken against us, the business, brand, owner, ‘CopperTreeStudio’. In addition, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

‘CopperTreeStudio’ abides under the legal terms of GDPR. ‘CopperTree’ does not share your information with third parties with the exception of our delivery service unless under the circumstances of seeking legal counsel.
In the result of unsanctioned third party interference ‘CopperTreeStudio’ retains no responsibility for the loss or publication of any details, personal or otherwise, included in the information retained on our site.
Changes To Our Site
Our site changes regularly. We aim to update our site frequently, and content is often changed/ added/ removed. This is done to improve the use of our site and roll in and out products. We may suspend access to our site during such times or close it indefinitely. As such, at any given time, our site may be out of date, and we are under no obligation to update such materials.
Your information & How We Use It
We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing, and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. In the case of incorrect data being provided, any monetary loss accrued is the full responsibility and fault of yourself alone. ‘CopperTreeStudio’ maintains no responsibility for loss of product or funds under the circumstances stated above.
Delivery Times
If an item is in stock it will be despatched within 3-5 business days. However, most items are made-to-order and, therefore, delivery can take up to 4 weeks depending on stock availability and order size. If you require an item by a certain date, please get in touch before purchasing to check delivery time and discuss alternative delivery methods.
Variations
‘CopperTreeStudio’ maintains the right to revise these terms at anytime by making amendments to this page - we are not required to give notice. You are expected to check this page occasionally to take note of any changes, as they are binding to you. Some of the details contained in these terms may also be superseded by notices published elsewhere on our site.
Delivery - The Ugly Eco Truth
When possible, we make the environmental choice by reusing packaging before making use of alternatives such as newly manufactured recycled cardboard packaging. However, if you have chosen ‘Gift’ at checkout we will make all due effort to prioritise the aesthetics of the parcel. No need to worry about pesky printed invoices as we save on paper, ink, and time by providing digitalised receipts, thank you notes and invoices as standard. All product specification and care guides are available under the relevant product’s page on our website.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are only accepted by CopperTree in response to items accruing damage due to no fault of the customer. However, if your item is missing/damaged upon arrival, please refer to the ‘missing or damaged items’ section. Otherwise, it is at CopperTree’s discretion that your return or refund be accepted or declined. Misuse of an item invalidates your claim to compensation. Your statutory rights will not be affected. Returns postage is the full financial responsibility of the customer. Returns and refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of the product’s purchase. Please contact us at coppertstudio@gmail.com
Missing or Damaged Items
Should your items be missing/damaged on arrival this is the responsibility of yourself and Royal Mail to resolve. Please refer to Royal Mail’s instructions and policies on how to claim your money back on a lost or damaged item. In addition, please feel free to reach out to CopperTree to inform us of the problem. However, we accept no responsibility for items damaged during transit but will endeavour to assist in resolving this issue by providing photographic evidence of your items prior to delivery.
